Outstand collects the minimum information needed to process bids, publish listings, measure use, and send requested messages.
Information we process
- Submitted URLs, handles, categories, bids, and public website metadata.
- Payment status and customer email received from Stripe. Outstand does not receive full card numbers.
- Aggregated page and event data in Google Analytics 4 after analytics consent.
- Outbound listing visit counts without storing visitor email addresses in analytics.
Payment confirmations and rank alerts support the purchased service. Marketing tips and reports are sent only when the customer opts in. Every lifecycle email contains an unsubscribe link.
Processors and retention
Stripe processes payments, Amazon Web Services sends email, Google Analytics measures consented usage, Cloudflare provides DNS and security, and our VPS hosts the application and database. Records are retained for operations, tax, fraud prevention, and legal obligations.
Your choices
You can decline GA4 from the consent prompt, unsubscribe from email, or request access or deletion at [email protected]. Payment records may need to be retained where law requires it.
